Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal has introduced the Healthy, Safe and Energy Efficient Outdoor Lighting Act for 2007 as Assembly bill A7438. Senator Carl Marcellino has introduced the matching Senate bill as S4364.
A7438 has been referred to the Assembly's Environmental Conservation Committee and S4364 has been referred to the Senate's EnCon Committee.
